What are the key components of the M4 Team Process?

• Online Course: teaching sessions and interviews.
• Four Two-Day Gatherings: Focus on the four M's.
• Coaching: One-to-one relationship with a coach.
• Assessment: Evaluation of calling, character, chemistry, and competencies.
• Learning Community: Collaborative process for sharing and learning.

What is the goal of the M4 Team Process?

To prepare church planting teams to launch healthy, reproducing churches, to help teams develop clear action plans for their church planting journey, to provide support and guidance through coaching and assessment.

The M4 Team Process is suitable for all church planters, regardless of their planting strategy or experience level.
