Our Practical Training Evenings are designed to provide accessible, hands-on equipping for senior leaders - including elders, deacons and leadership teams - while also strengthening our connection as local churches in ChristCentral UK.

Our vision is to see every leader across our UK churches empowered by our shared distinctives:

Each session has four main components:

1. Update / Feature - about a particular event or pressing subject.
2. Teaching - a 25-30 min pre-recorded teaching session
3. Q&A - live Q&A session with the trainer and our UK team or other practitioners
4. Discussion Groups - 20-30 mins to discuss either online in breakout rooms or in-person with your local team
